About us

We started with mobility aids services already in 1993, being the first mobility aids company in Estonia and probably in the entire former Soviet Union.

Was it just a business idea or a serious desire to do something?

In 1989, the Estonian Association of People with Disabilities had the opportunity to co-operate with the Nordic countries. Thanks to the experience gained from the study trips, the question arose as to how services related to assistive devices could be provided in Estonia for people with reduced mobility and the elderly.

There was no need to invent a bicycle - we applied the experiences of Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland to our circumstances. The versatile assistance of the Nordic colleagues in training the employees, creating a technical service and providing aids in cooperation with the colleagues of Tartu ITAK made it possible to organize service in all Estonian counties in a short time. And already in 1994, we were able to share our experiences with Latvian and Lithuanian social leaders.

If you're doing it, do it well

We focus exclusively on mobility, care, nursing and rehabilitation equipment (without expanding to products with different specifications). According to this:

  • we provide a large proportion of people with reduced mobility with tools and counseling from one place
  • we are well aware of all the innovations in the rest of the world
  • we offer functional and modern products
  • we have expert specialists

Believe and trust

When we see a doctor, we believe that he will give us the right diagnosis and prescribe the right treatment and medication. The same trust is expected in aids to get the best and best service.

The most important thing for Invaru is to offer the customer a service that is safe. This includes help with choosing the right tool, teaching you how to use it, changing the tool and repairing it.

We support enthusiasts

We have been supporting the Estonian Disability Sports Association for many years. Recently, we have been helping wheelchair athletes procure and service their equipment.

It is good that we exist, it is better if we are not needed!
